This all started because I was let down by a food truck on Cinco de Mayo of 2021. I had an event planned at my other business and wanted to bring a taco truck to the party. The day of, I called them to confirm and they told me they couldn't make it. That day, I made the decision to buy my own food truck. Here we are today. Steve's Street Meats. The Meat You Can't Beat!
